Midterm Elections: U.S. Democrats Image Drops to Record Low, both Parties now tied.

Gallup Poll published recently on U.S. political parties image

Gallup shows the Democrats with their least favorable rating in 18 years since the polling agency began asking Americans about their views of each party. And Republicans have taken their first lead since 2005, though the gap is within the margin of error. READ MORE HERE

Gallup said the favorability rating of the Democratic Party has fallen to 41%. That’s 5 points below the previous low recorded by Gallup, which ocurred twice in 2005.

The Republican Party has a favorable rating of 42%, up from 34% last year.

Just one year ago, the Democrats held an 11-point lead. The lead was as high as 15 percentage points in 2006, when the Democrats regained control of the House. READ MORE HERE.
