“Global Bolivarianism”: Scarce electricity for venezuelans, but money enough for World Congress of Bolivarian Associations in Caracas.

 

Seemly Castro asks Chavez to include Bay of Pigs within historical landmarks preservation list.

The castrist news agency Prensa Latina reported today that the 10th World Congress of Bolivarian Associations is in session in Caracas with the presence of more than 300 experts from different continents with the objective to preserve the memory of landmarks of the liberation battles in Latin America.

  The meeting is part of activities to mark the bicentennial of the first Venezuelan autonomous government in April 19, 1810. It is attended by delegations from Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Ivory Coast, Nicaragua, Cuba, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia and Argentina.

The significance of Simon Bolivar´s legacy and other Latin American heroes are the focus of lectures and workshops of the gathering scheduled to end tomorrow, stated main coordinator Col. Arturo Castillo.READ MORE HERE
