An American gangster, member of the Hells Angels (Hell’s Angels) and one of 15 most wanted fugitives by the U.S. authorities since 2004, was arrested Thursday in Argentina, Interpol said Friday in Argentina.

Paul Eischeid, 39, was “one of 15 most wanted fugitives from U.S. justice,” the local Interpol said in a statement, adding that he was arrested Thursday in the town of San Isidro (northern suburbs).

Eischeid, “an active member of the Hells Angels motorcycle club (Demonic Angeles and / or Hell’s Angels)” is charged in the United States of crimes such as abduction followed by murder, criminal organization and extortions and premeditated murder, “said the international police institution.

The fugitive , who lived in Argentina under a false identity, “was arrested Thursday afternoon as he left the family home of his argentinian girlfriend in the residential district of San Isidro in Buenos Aires”, explained Interpol Argentina.

The California-born gang member is from now on available to federal justice in Argentina, “where substantially the process of extradition to the U.S. will be the main issue,” the interpol added to the local media.

Eischeid was wanted by the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) after the High Court of the Marisopa County (Arizona) in 2004 issued a federal warrant for his arrest after he circumvent the probation that was granted after being accused of participating in the 2001 murder of a gang member.

Eischeid, along with another member of Hell’s Angels, “conspired to kill” in Arizona another member of the gang, identified as Cynthia Garcia, “who was beaten into unconsciousness” and then kidnapped and “repeatedly stabbed in several opportunities until she was killed, ” said Interpol.

Interpol described the members of that Hell´s Angels of which Eischeid was member since 1999 until he was arrested in Argentina , as “subjects of high levels of violence and who have total disregard for human life.”

According to the institution, “the Hell´s Angels commit all kinds of criminal acts, predominantly murder, kidnapping, witness intimidation, extortion, being involved in the same way in the manufacture, use, distribution and sale of illegal narcotic substances.”
