Disguised like police, criminals are killing drivers and stealing luxury cars in the streets of Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires , Argentina.- Until recently, the most frequently “high priced” stolen cars occurred in fashionable car dealerships. Strokes were fast and clean.

Now the situation seems to have changed.

The murder of José Luis Quispe, a 13-year old boy shot to death in a neighborhood  in Buenos Aires (General Rodriguez) occurred during the robbery on a street in Buenos Aires of the Van Amarok family, revealed a disturbing new trend.

Police investigators in Buenos Aires have discovered a network organization of very violent criminals that engage in stealing luxury cars in the North and West of Buenos Aires.

The bands are interrelated and have the ability to rearm and to continue operating when one of its members falls and/or imprisoned.

The criminals have  also some type of coverage, the have people that can falsify the documents to operate the stolen vehicle.

And they have a target for the high priced cars: Bolivia, where they are exchanged for cocaine.

A GPS tracker device was the solution to this case.

For the crime of Quispe, the Justice of the Buenos aires neighborhood  of Luján  arrested two suspects and called for the capture of three others, who are fugitives.

The band also is accused of killing the barber Gualter Carabajal, last  December 3rd.

“The goal of these organizations are vehicles, not homicide. But if for a car or truck have to kill someone, they do, ” a judicial source said in a press conference.
