Honduras normalized diplomatic relations with 29 countries.

Honduran Minister of Foreign Affairs Mario Canahuati  said yesterday in Tegucigalpa that  29 of the 39 countries with which Honduas had historical diplomatic relations have been restored, which is quite remarkable considering that  the new government of President P.Lobo found a country isolated internationally.  “In 20 days we have succeeded in restoring relations with 29 countries of 39 that have diplomatic relations,” he said.
The remaining countries are Brazil, Uruguay, Mexico, Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua, Bolivia, Ecuador, Paraguay and Chile, said
