Miami plans to build the tallest skyscraper in the world with a height of 975 meters. Miami´s new skyscraper hopes to overcome the current tower in Dubai and take the first place in the world. The skyscraper is called Miapolis Building, designed by Kobi Karp group. It is located on Watson Island as a city within the city.
Miapolis Building most attractive engineering proposal is the integration of a very sophisticated circulation system within it. Miapolis project is the largest building in the U.S. that has passed the LEED certification.
The skyscraper has a total of 160 floors and 183 meters higher than the Tower of Dubai. It has a pleasure garden, an observatory, restaurants, shops with an area of 2 million square feet, more than 1,000 suites, offices with an area of one million square feet and a hotel of 792 guest apartments .
